The build Canada Housing Program is a ​​$13 Billion federal housing program positioned to provide:

 

• Reduce time to deliver affordable housing

• Support First Nations and municipalities 

• Fund “shovel ready” projects

• Prioritize sustainable construction—using certified Canadian wood and recycled and low-emission materials

• Encourage “modern building methods” including RTMs

• Use building materials from Canadian supply chain
