Pointe Construction and Design team has a long standing relationship with indigenous communities, tribal councils and organizations.  Our team has supported communities and Indigenous Services Canada by completing facility assessments, minor and major capital budgeting, feasibility studies, energy and sustainability assessments, community asset planning, design, construction and operator training.

Our approach to economic engagement is to incorporate community members during the construction phase to provide hands on work experience.  The employment opportunities on our projects build transferrable skills by building community capacity.
